Music has been one of the most important things in JDs life from the start, beginning with his Grandparents all the way to his uncle's, mom and now him, Guitar has been a vital part of his identity. Starting with Country music and singing at young age music was everything, Everyday, every night, but even before that, Heavy metal was always there, being introduced at first to softer rock he became enamored with Pantera and everything took off from there, Dimebag Darrell, Dave Mustaine and James hetfield shaped JDs style of playing and the way he looks at and plays music, when he joined Ash To Dust it was the perfect opportunity to finally be who he wants and play the music he ROCKS, with every Show, Every Album written its one step closer to living the dream of making music an everyday reality
